About Me

I am a licensed Psychologist in Portland, Oregon. I offer a variety of psychological services including (listed alphabetically rather than by emphasis):

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

  • Eclectic and flexible approaches to working with teens and their families

  • One-time/brief consultation

  • Play therapy with children

  • Psychodynamic psychotherapy with adults

With over 40 years of practice experience, I have worked in a variety of clinical roles, from acute hospital programs to trauma-informed residential settings, to private practice where I help people learn about themselves and manage the challenges of everyday life.
